I got sunburned today. Only mildly but it’s still kind of odd. I guess that’s what happens when I actually venture outside. I umpired a game today, which was where I got burned. Also all that protective gear gets kind of warm. I always used to laugh at umpires who couldn’t through baseballs, but now I have a little more sympathy. It’s really fricking hard to throw with protective shoulder caps on (I rather embarrassed by self by missing the pitcher by a good 2 feet when I threw him the game ball at the beginning of the game.)
