So I’ve now had all my new classes at least once, and I’m rather pleased with the way this semester is going to play out. For the first time in two and a half years I have no language classes which is a huge burden lifted. I mean I am glad I took them, but due to my general weakness in learning languages they proved extremely difficult for me. Granted I’m now taking three different history courses (not counting my history thesis) at the same time, which means a whole lot of reading. It does not however, oddly, mean lots of papers; all three of these classes are taught by profs who prefer the test method
