It would be nice if I could blame not posting anything on an increased workload at school, but sadly no; it’s still just humming along at a few hours a day worth of reading/thinking. However things are perking up a bit. In Lawyering Skills we’ve started research assignments in the library, basically being given a question and having to find what the law is in a given state on that topic. As another history major turned law student put it: “I am a history major, my research-fu is strong!” And so it is. So strong in fact that when I was trying to find the relevant California law on
