Job applications hit us fast going into second semester. Firms are not allowed to talk to us prior to Dec. 1 (Bar Association restriction I think) and after Dec. 1 we are too imersed in finals to really care much about applying to firms. So now within the first week of the semester we have the deadline for resume submissions for on-campus interviewing. For that we all submit resumes and transcripts and pick the firms (from those that are participating) that we would be interested in working with (usually all).
